Shipping policy

 

Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders over £15.

UK Orders

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class post. We try to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days and they should be with you within 2-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to let you know. 

Please check the shipping address on the confirmation page to ensure this is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be liable to pay for the order to be resent. 

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order but if you're dissatisfied please contact us at fruitsaladstudio@gmail.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. All items will need to be unopened in their original packaging in saleable 'as new' condition. 

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do this please contact us as soon as possible - fruitsaladstudio@gmail.com

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
